Your email signature — Carly Jones
First, the important part: nothing about your email is changing. Our website address is simply now cclaw.group, and old ccc-law.com links redirect automatically — so nothing you’ve ever sent or posted breaks. All you need to do is copy the new signature below into Outlook. It takes about two minutes. Full steps and answers to every question are below — you’ve got this.

How to install — step by step

  1. Select the signature only. Scroll down to the two dashed lines. Click just before the name, hold Shift, and click just after the small confidentiality text. Do not include these instructions — only what’s between the dashed lines.
  2. Copy it. Press Cmd + C (Mac) or Ctrl + C (Windows).
  3. Open your signature settings.
Outlook, Windows (desktop): File → Options → Mail → Signatures
Outlook, Mac (desktop): Outlook → Settings → Signatures
Outlook on the web / New Outlook: Settings (gear, top right) → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature
  4. Make a new signature. Click New, name it “C&C”, then click into the large edit box.
  5. Paste it. Press Cmd/Ctrl + V. The logo, name, and icons should all appear. If it pastes as plain text, see the troubleshooting below.
  6. Set it as your default for both “New messages” and “Replies/forwards.”
  7. Save, then send yourself a test email and confirm it looks right.

The logo and icons didn’t show up / it looks like plain text. You pasted as plain text. Delete it, and paste again with Cmd/Ctrl + V (keeps formatting). Never use “Paste as plain text” or “Match destination style.”
The spacing is weird or there are extra lines. You accidentally grabbed part of these instructions. Redo step 1 and select only between the two dashed lines.
The web address changed — is that a mistake? Will my links break? No mistake, and nothing breaks. Our site moved to cclaw.group; every old ccc-law.com link redirects automatically. This signature just shows the current address.
Do I need to change my email address or password? No. Your email address, login, and inbox are unchanged. This is only a signature update.
It looks tiny or huge in the settings box. That’s only the editor preview. Send yourself a test — it renders at the correct size in real emails.
I mostly use the Outlook phone app.Signatures are set on desktop or the web (steps above). Once set there, your sent mail uses it everywhere.
Still stuck?Don’t fight it — use the link at the bottom to send it to Candice and it’ll get sorted.

One click copies it with formatting — paste straight into Outlook. Prefer to do it by hand? The manual steps below still work.
